What it does
Tahmora Mail Hub lets its owner use an AI assistant to manage several of the owner's own Gmail and Google Workspace inboxes from one place. With the owner's permission for each mailbox, the assistant can:
- search and read email across the owner's inboxes, and summarise what needs attention;
- organise mail: archive, mark read or unread, star, apply labels, move to trash;
- write drafts and replies, which are sent only when the owner explicitly approves each one;
- view and manage the mailbox's labels and filters.
Why it needs access to Gmail
The app's only function is to act on the owner's own mailboxes at the owner's request, so it asks Google for permission to read, organise and draft email in each mailbox the owner chooses to connect. It cannot permanently delete email. It never shares email with anyone else.
Who can use it
Tahmora Mail Hub is a single-user tool. Only its owner can sign in to it or connect mailboxes, and it is not offered as a public service.
